I've used it for RINEX v3->v2 conversion and concatenating multiple RINEX files into one - but it can do many other things also.
maybe a bit similar to teqc - but teqc is no longer maintained..

I realize that it can be figured out, but as part of the grand struggle it would be nice to reorg into an open source and a proprietary section so it's clearer.

You might want to note that teqc has reached end of life, and maybe suggest something instead like Anubis for RINEX 3?

Add PyGPSClient and its associated Python GNSS utility libraries to the awesome-gnss README.

Describe the solution you'd like
Update README with additional information and links to the following Python libraries:

• PyGPSClient
• pynmeagps
• pyubx2
• pyrtcm
• pyspartn
• pygnssutils

we can generate this library and generate GPD file for GPS devices.

Right now software libraries are under Desktop, if giulioscattolin/google-gnss-logger is anything to go by.

If I wanted to add, say, https://github.com/stenseng/ntripstreams - shouldn't this be under a libraries section?
