It would be great if you could share the STL you used for printing so one can easily reproduce the project. I am still struggling with FreeCAD to export the parts, but if I mange to successfully export them I can also add them to the repository.

Hi. I am trying to build the 3 finger gripper component, and finding some minor issues with how the parts fit together, particularly as regards full extension of the finger (middle in the case I'm working on) and the "closure" of the finger to the down position. In the first case the finger will not extend fully, due to a stop on the toggle next to the spur gear. In the other case the finger will not close completely due to interference with the motor cover.

Before I try to fix these issues myself, I thought I would ask if you have perhaps encountered them yourself and modified the CAD accordingly.

Just curious to see (or hear more?) about your attempt at dc motors + 3d printed harmonic drives.
