I am interested in applying DeepCAT on my TCR-seq data in RHTCRSEQ format. I am wondering if you only support the input data file the same as the sample data？ Or it would be great if you could hint on which several columns are required to run this tool.

i noticed that in the file e.g., Training data/normalCDR3.txt, we still have some sequences of length like 24. Based on the paper, it seems that deepcat only takes sequences between 12 and 16. So I would like to confirm that whether you drop those sequences without len-range 12 to 16 when training deepcat. thanks!
