Refactor hokuyo

Currently org.ros.android.xxx which is odd (it's not android code). Switch to the maven name - i.e. com.github.ros_java.rosjava_extras.hokuyo

Not urgent.

Error building rosjava

Following the tutorial I am getting the following error at catkin_make:

put rosjava_extras on rosjava_mvn_repo

I know not much change from the last update (only namespace),
But I don't want to upload the code of android_extra twice.
Because if I upload now, before you put the rosjava_extras on rosjava_mvn_repo,
when you updated it again (to 0.3.3 or more) the library of cv_bridge the code will break (because it use image class but it change the namespace.

Can you help me with that?

rosjava_extras is failing to build on kinetic

It looks to be the same issue with gradle version as rosjava/rosjava_core#288

Missing hydro-devel branch

@stonier any chance you can quickly push a hydro-devel branch into this repo, as a copy of the current hydro branch?

Alternatively, we need to update https://github.com/rosjava/rosjava_tools/blob/hydro-devel/rosjava.rosinstall to point to the hydro branch of rosjava_extras.

Until either of those is fixed, the installation instructions in http://wiki.ros.org/sig/Rosjava/Android%20Development%20Environment are broken :-/
