I am experiencing same issues. I applied these patches as well but these issues still exist for me. Iframe map and bigmap are blank, they don't load

Do you get any JavaScript errors in your browsers console?

When I try to load iframe page I got following error:
Uncaught TypeError: undefined is not a function on iframemap line 520

same error on admin map but the file is adminmap line 528

same error on big map and the file is bigmap line 522
