Print feature doesn't print category colors in "map key" about enhancedmap

I designed the plugin to work with Firefox since until recently,
Chrome's printing abilities have been limited. So I don't support Chrome.

To enabled the colors you need to make sure that "Print Background
Colors" and "Print Background Images" is selected in the Firefox print
setup window, in the Options tab. I've attached a screen shot.

This is a long standing issue in both chrome and firefox, using a wide
range of printers and "print to file" functions, tested in Ubuntu
11.10 - 12.04.

It is not an issue with the "create url" function, and one can take a
screenshot as a workaround (but this is not ideal).

Oh... like the instructions :) These seem slightly outdated in my version of Firefox, but I'm sure I can correct them in the files.
