I first noticed it on 2.5 but it's the same on 2.6.1 with the most recent version of enhanced map. You can see it on my deployment https://www.nepalmonitor.org/index.php/printmap. But my suspicion is that it's like this for everybody and nobody bothered to log it.

I first started seeing this in the changed over to the "enhanced map" plugin from the "Admin map" plugin.

It seems you're missing this file:
https://www.nepalmonitor.org/index.php/plugins/enhancedmap/css/print_enhancedmap_media.css.
You can find the file here:
https://raw.github.com/jetherton/enhancedmap/master/css/print_enhancedmap_media.css.
The missing file should go in the /plugins/enhancedmap/css folder. I
checked the repository and this file is in it, so make sure you FTPed
everything over.

I looked a little bit more and this link is broken:
https://www.nepalmonitor.org/index.php/plugins/enhancedmap/css/print_enhancedmap_media.css,
but this link works:
https://www.nepalmonitor.org/plugins/enhancedmap/css/print_enhancedmap_media.css.
The difference being the index.php. I'd suggest enabling clean URLs at
https://www.nepalmonitor.org/index.php/admin/settings/cleanurl.

I don't have administrative access to my server, so it looks like it will be quite an undertaking to enable clean URLs. Is there anyway this could work without clean URLs?
