Provide the information to the DbscanPoint structure expressing that the point is core or neighbor.

Build a new type structure for algorithm to be able to use it in both asynchronous and request/response model. Keep the current type structure and build it on top of remodeled algorithm structure.

ClusterId enum is not necessary, some refactoring about it would make it more clean.

Create a new class for containing all the information happening inside Dbscan algorithm process.

• Create a new compute cluster result type to contain dbscan process information.
• Update ComputeClusterDbscan method to return a new result type.
• Rename parameters and arguments accordingly
• Move MyCustomDatasetItem to DbscanDemo project

Provide some detailed information for real-time algorithm processing and about how it works. Maybe open a wiki for topics.

Create a seperate library project for Dbscan implementation, so it doesn't be related with console application.

Build a structure so that it can subscribe to published information that comes from DBSCAN algorithm and then it creates computation result asynchronously.

Aim is to publish all operations happening inside DBSCAN algorithm to a channel, so an observer can achieve real-time clustering information.

• This may require another class library to information emitting operation.
• Instead of returning a result from compute operation, an observer could build a result via listening and applying operations.
• In large number of dataset, observer could not stuck in waiting a result from compute operation.

A simple class library that contains interfaces and signatures for publishing information produced inside DBSCAN algorithm.
