SAR image formation steps:

Compile Tensorflow custom operations in pc/sar/sar_op. See BUILDING file in that directory for the instructions.

pc/sar/process_sweeps.py is used to slice the correct time from the measurement file.

./process_sweeps.py <log file> <start time> <end time> [decimation factor]

It writes sweeps.p file with the data in the format the image formation scripts know how to read. To form the SAR image run ./backprojection_tf.py sweeps.p or ./omegak_tf.py sweeps.p. Some variables related to the image formation can be found on the top of the image formation scripts.

Use start and end times of 20 and 136 for it. Decimation factor should be 1 or 2 for backprojection and 2 for omega-k.

Bill of Materials Challenges

Once again attempting to track down all of the components involved, a large number of entries lack the information necessary to locate them. The majority of entries lack a Manufacturer Part Number, making it very difficult to track down the components. Examples include the 15dB Coupler, and "C_0402b 10n." I have precisely no clue what the second component actually is, and there is significant ambiguity locating the first one. Clarification regarding the MPNs of many of the components would be very helpful.

Updating the schematic with new parts

Hi,
I am updating the parts which has now become obsolete.
Any alternative to XC7A15T-1FTG256C? Can I replace it with same package XC7A50T-1FTG256I? without any code or board changes?

and could you tell the frequency of KT2520K?

You did an amazing research on both hardware and algorithm of FMCW radar by yourself.

Design Rule Check (DRC) problems of fmcw3

Dear Henrik,

You really contributed a beautiful fmcw radar design. We are trying to build our own radar system using the design of fmcw3. When outputting Gerber files, there were a large number of errors during running DRC. For example:
1 Error: Annular width (board setup constraints...n annular width 0.1000 mm; actual 0.0000 mm)
2 Error: Clearance violation (netclass 'Default' clearance 0.1300 mm; actual 0.0000 mm)
3 Error: Hole clearance violation...
4 Error: Courtyards overlap...
5 Error: Drill out of range...

I'm not sure if this will affect the homemade radar.
