That's not usually what is done with CMake. I think the build instructions already have info on how to set your CMake prefix path on a per build basis. I think I've followed the guidelines from qt on how to set up a build of an app using qt5.

@russell-taylor, we have included instructions in Readme on how to get the project setup with CMake. You don't need to manually edit CMakeLists.txt, you can just configure it in cmake gui.
