In the current version of BControl, you can query the status of a port for a transition rather than a change in the status. E.g. when i enter a state, if the rat enters port1 or is already in port1 I will transition to the next state, rather than requiring the rat to exit and re-enter the port to trigger a PortIn event.

It would be nice if Bpod supported this.

In our fork of Bpod we removed the xonar requirement and found that sound works with the onboard motherboard sound.

I'm curious why you initially specified that the sound card had to be a xonar card?

Is there a readme or install file somewhere that describes how to use the software?

What has been done to verify the reliability of the clock on the arduino? Or are you just assuming that the small fluctuations are too small to matter?
