wht is the problem because i could not install the 3D matisse

I use MATISSE on a HPC service, using SLURM as a task scheduler, and I wanted to know how to do it, since MATISSE comes with an example for the job submission for PBS, but there is no example (at least to my knowledge) provided of the script this .job file calls.
Is there any chance an archive containing the script to launch matisseheadless on a cluster would be available anywhere ? Or a documentation for Matisse on HPC usage ?

We have a quaternion representing the AUV's orientation in NWU. What is the coordinate system used for rotation? Is heading the same as yaw? Do you convert to Euler using roll-pitch-yaw or yaw-pitch-roll? How does the camera pose work? If we use a down camera, do we have to add the rotation relative to the AUV's rotation? It says on the manual that depth is supposed to be positive down, but the subsaintes victor dataset has negative depth.
