@Edwin-Luijten The build constraints exclude all Go files in ... error you're seeing is due to cgo being disable by default during cross-compilation, as portaudio.go requires cgo. You have to enable it by setting CGO_ENABLED=1. But then you'll need a cross-compiling C compiler. Or try xgo.

Having the same but on linux:

GOARM=7 GOARCH=arm GOOS=linux go build -o ${build_dir}/mic-arm ./main.go

You may be interested in this step-by-step tutorial which really helped me.

According to above, You could create golang:1.17-bullseye Dockerfile with architecture and compiler (for windows / linux) of your choice (as debian bullseye has multiarch support and multiarch libs)
However be careful with musl (glib alternative) lib linux distros like alpine linux according to this
