"go install <your portaudio module>" doesn't work about portaudio

@Excited-pod7 As the README says, "you must first have the PortAudio development headers and libraries installed". On Windows, one way to do this is with MSYS2. Install MSYS2, then

pacman -S mingw-w64-x86_64-gcc
pacman -S mingw-w64-x86_64-pkg-config
pacman -S mingw-w64-x86_64-portaudio
pacman -S mingw-w64-x86_64-go
export GOROOT=/mingw64/lib/go

Then you should be able to build this package.

This is my fork.

It does not need pkg-config on Windows.

It does not need to install portaudio on Windows.

It handles everything for users. Users don't need to do any extra things to use it.

I can create a PR if @gordonklaus think it's helpful.
