Thanks for this useful tool, and how do I customise the size of collapsed triangles?
I saw the height of a triangle is proportional to the number of leaf nodes, while I want set the width proportional to the number of leaf nodes, too.

I have been using evolview quite a bit this last week and if I log out and then back into my account the trees I have been working on along with all the labelling datasets are gone. This has happened a number of times now and for different trees and projects. It seems the trees are not being stored. Can you please advise?

Hi I am trying to add leaf decorations to a tree as I have before and this time around I cannot seem to get the unfilled shapes to display.

For example:

Arthrobacter_koreensis_5J12A "square,red:red"

results in a filled red square, however:

Arthrobacter_koreensis_5J12A "square,white:red"

results in no observable leaf label.

I am not sure if I am doing something wrong here or not. Attached is my file used for leaf label decoration.

The tree size is around 477 KB, analyzed by BEAST. However, when I attempt to upload it, the website displays an "Out of Memory" error. My computer has 32 GB of RAM. I'm wondering if the issue is due to insufficient RAM or another reason. If I need to upgrade the RAM, how much should I increase it by?

I am using the style=multiple option for bootstrap values. I am also using show=0 for bootstrap values of 100. The option is effective for multiple bootstrap values of 100/100/100, but if the values are 100/100/88, all values are hidden (okay for first two, but I don't want 88 hidden). If they are 78/78/100, then all values are shown. It seems that the decision to show or not show is dependent on the first value in the multiple bootstrap value string. Is it possible to show or not show the individual bootstrap values, or replace 100 with a character such as "*"?

I don't find the function about collapsing tree, do you consider to add this function?

How can i do that if I want to show them in the order of group‘s value just like the 100% stacked plot ?

I would like to generate a circular tree with group labels similar to group label style 5, I could successfully draw group label style 4, but I could not understand the code details of group label style 5 mentioned in the documentation section. Even I could not find group label style 5 codes in the DEMOS (22 trees) section, the DEMOS section has the codes up-to group label style 4. Therefore, kindly provide the example code for group label style 5.

I would like add bar for my tree, I only have one group, I noticed that Evolview could specify different color for different groups, but I would like to specify different color for different leaves within a group, could Evolview resolve it ? Thanks in advance.

I have been trying to upload "Group labels" and also "data color shapes" to my tree, but I can't see the submit button :/. I'm using Firefox on macOS catalina which I saw works better than Chrome and Safari.

Finally I could upload the data using Ubuntu , but my tree is not saved as a project, so I couldn't access again from my account on mac.

I am still unsing the old version of evolview (v2) because my files were not transferred to the new one (and you can't increase the circular span to "close" the tree (put it at 360°) in the new version). Now I have problems downloading my trees. It always appears a error message (Oops... an error has occurred, please try again later!!).

I cannot log in to the system normally, nor can I use the password to reset the system.

I can't upload my tree file. The status was "validating your tree" though I waited for a long time. While when I tested with a tree file in the showcases, it can upload quickly...

It always show "validating your tree" when i upload a large tree that including about 300 genes.
