Product works perfectly, but not with the included USB cable.

Tried across different PCs and only thought to try a different cable so I could say that I had - turns out the product was working perfectly. So worth testing with care.

Hi, i been not able to use my sensors for a while both TX and RX were working fine, now the RX turn on the blue light breathing and then go dim.

The TX turns on ok and the blue light turns on when you you trigger the sensor.

The pc is not making any action and if i press de debug button on RX doesn't show receiving any package from the TX.

I already try updating the firmware but they still doing the same.

Any idea of what can be happening?

i find out that in the photo you use stm32f042f6p6 in both board, but in bom, it's STM32F042F4 and STM32F030F4, should i follow the photo or the bom?

The "lock" feature presses windows + L in order to lock windows, but if the keyboard layout is changed, say, to Dvorak, this functionality breaks. Is there a way to get it to press windows + L while using Dvorak?

Or am I going to have to use autohotkey to script it to the custom function? I would really appreciate being able to swap between these functions with a hardware switch instead of changing an autohotkey script.

So I want to use this with keyboard maestro to activate a series of actions. My question is if it sends the command as a hardware key press, or software input.

I just wanted to know how I would be able to purchase this, I sent you a request on discord, but i dont know if you are active anymore...

I really love your product, but now I encountered an issue.

I used it for a couple month with my Macbook Pro and in unison with BTT it worked amazingly!

Recently I went back to windows, and no dice.
It installed the "keyboard", but I can't get it to anything, no matter what mode I chose.

The lights are working as described and even if I trigger it, the receiver flashes in acknowledgement of receiving the message - yet windows does nothing.

I connected it to my macbook again, and also there it is not working anymore.
It is not recording the keystroke - even if I want to create a new script.

Did I break it by using it cross-OS? Any explanation?

So im on my second rx because my first one had an error and now this one has the same error when i click the user button it says this

I would like to make a small change to the firmware. (3rd option not a custom option but alt+F4) First time with stm32 though.
I am struggling to import the project into STM32CubeIDE. Can you give me a hint on how to correctly import?

Depending on the method I try I either end up with the build option greyed out or with a compile error (result too big for chip memory).

When I import as "existing STMCube file" and replace src&inc I end up with:

I don't get what I am doing wrong - any help would be appreciated.

Does it have a sleep mode?Or it always working at normal mode, that will cost a lot of electricity. Have you test the current when TX is working?
I have a thought to build a low-power consumption TX terminal，with STM32L0 series and low-power Bluetooth module

I've always needed something like this, there was no tech or sensor or signal that would detect when someone walked into rooms. Can you keep these plugged in so they are on at all times? Im going to try one in my bedroom, when i walk in, hopefully i can run a script that will turn on a wemo light. Then turn it off when i walk out. If it works, this would be AMAZING. Very very cool project.

Im already success put all components on the TX&RX board just like your's and flash the firmware via USB DFU.

RX looks working fine, the stats led first get blink and into dim, when press user button it typed out the debug messages. So far look nice.

But TX I think it had some issues, the stats led always breath and never stop, also RX did not received data from the TX. I tried press user button over 2 secs into test mode, but the led just go out, also didnt receive any data. I dont know whats wrong about Im doing, all components look got nice soldering and works good, pls help me, huge thx!

There's a fatal error that occurs when attempting to launch Daytripper configurator v0.2.0, "Failed to execute script daytripper_config".
I've tried running as administrator, compatability modes, connecting and disconnecting various hardware, no luck.

Seems to be the same issue as here, but for some reason this one was posted on the duckypad space, and also I'm running Windows 10, they're on 11.

I have a general question.

Is there an initial flashing with a programmer needed before flashing via USB works - in case the device gets produced based on the schematics provided?

You wrote that USB flashing is possible with empty chip in #11 . This mean it works "fresh from fab" without initial flashing of anything?

I'm ordered some STM32f6p6 chips and try to writing the firmware rx.hex and tx.hex into it, but the firmware is much much larger than the chip capacity then I cannot write the firmware. plz help me, what should I do?

Hello, no matter what I try, the TX unit appears to not function. I press the button expecting a message to be sent to the RX unit and it does not register. I've charged the TX unit for about 2 hours and the amber light goes off. When I turn on the unit it blinks 6 times and then goes off. If I wave my hand after the blinking has turned off , it doesnt send a signal to the RX unit.

When I press the button on the RX , I get a prompt back like this:

I'm using a Mac Book Pro 15" 2017 edition. I also have access to a Windows 10 box as well. Both have the same issue with the RX unit.

Is there a way to disable the blue LED light on the TX when the sensor is triggered? This is a great piece of equipment for hiding computer windows from prying eyes, however, if one were setting up the TX in a darkened hallway, for instance, the blue LED light illuminating when someone passed by could easily draw unwanted attention to itself, which in turn could raise suspicions about its function and create more issues than it solves. Yes, the light does serve a useful function in its capacity to relay its status to the user, but wouldn't some kind of "stealth" mode during actual operation help to strengthen its usefulness.

Hey there, I think a part of your documentation under the Advanced Usage Guide - Custom Actions might be off for macOS. From what I could glean the "App Shortcuts" tab is for triggering MENU shortcuts from pre-existing apps that you already have open (e.g. "Save As..."). I was able to figure out how to run custom scripts/app using the two links below. Other than that the documentation was really excellent. I can tell a lot of thought went into this.
