Please clarify scope

I looks to me as if this is all about reverse-engineering software. I suggest to add a note stating this at the top of README.md.
I came here looking for resources on reverse-engineering hardware, and it took me a while to be sure that this is the wrong place.

Some things are missing?

Hi, I don't have much experiences with pull requests etc but I wanna throw in my two cents

Under dynamic analysis why is cheat engine not included? <- probably a good reason for it but sometimes still useful

Under android reverse engineering both Xposed (or EdXposed for android 8+) as well as Frida aren't included which is weird given their capability to do process hooking on the fly

Maybe not include Xposed but Frida most certainly should be included to be honest as it's a "Dynamic instrumentation toolkit for developers, reverse-engineers, and security researchers"

For android one could also add HttpCanary, does a similar job compared to Wireshark

JEB could also be added, to a certain extent while it's a paid product there are sample and educational releases available, as a decompiler, for android
