System: Docker desktop run on Windows 10.

Issu: Some task will not launch, especially MSnBase_readMSData. Other tools sur as text manipulation work normally.

Troubleshooting:

• In the tool management section, some tools are tagged "a newer installable reviesion is available for this repository"
• In the details of the tool, Biocondutor-related dependencies seem to be not resolved
• if the update/reinstallation of the tool is launched, the status goes to green, but there is no changes in the dependencies status in the details (still does not work either).
• If another task is launched afterward, an error message appear in the job status: "Conda dependency seemingly insatalled but failed to build job environment"

Fatal error: Exit code 1 () Error in library(batch) : there is no package called ‘batch’ Execution halted

is the error message I get when trying to read in a NMR data set that is zipped via the NMR Read raw files menu. An issue with an R library if I'm correct?
