Céline Dalle a rencontré cette erreur sur la version disponible sur W4M:

Je n’ai eu cette erreur qu’avec la méthode « linear ». Je n’ai pas d’erreur avec la méthode « loess ».
J’ai décrypté un peu et je pense que le bug se produit quand l’échelle des y doit être plus grande après la correction.
J’ai pu observer une variable où le module s’arrêtait et j’ai remarqué que j’avais une forte valeur avant correction. Et je pense que la correction avec « linear » augmente cette valeur et que du coup cela dépasse mon ylim max du départ. Alors qu’avec la correction « loess », ma valeur est diminuée donc cela ne pose pas de problème.
Je supposerai que dans le script du module, le ylim max (ou min d’ailleurs) est fixé avec les valeurs avant correction et ne peut pas être modifier au cours de la correction.

It should be interesting to report the help which is in the help section under the param within the form.

And also consider to use a macro.xml for the repeating params.

Hi there,

While proposing some changes in the Batch correction module (#20 ), I ran into difficulties to update what has been put in the "runit" folder. I undestand that this part is dedicated to unit testing with at least one test dataset, but the thing is I am not familiar with the structure here, so I did not manage to know what should be updated to correspond to the modifications that have been made in the "3L" methodology. Truth is I don't know how to run these tests neither.

@pkrog what do you think about it?

Avec les options linear/lowess/loess, la dataMatrix n’est pas retournée avec les identifiants originaux pour les ions.
Ceci pose de fait des problèmes de compatibilité dataMatrix/variableMetadata quand il y a caractères spéciaux.
