I started using the new webpack logo in DevDocs (http://devdocs.io - http://devdocs.io/webpack~2/). The project is open source (https://github.com/Thibaut/devdocs), but its license allows commercial use, and devdocs.io may from time to time run sponsorships, etc.

Please let me know if this is not an acceptable use of your logo.

Design Palettes

I'm looking for a color palette from webpack. Themes and Logo should be coherent and would be nice to have a color palette to use when making webpack software, design or similar.

We still need to choose a good license for this stuff. We want to encourage the use in non-commercial projects, but we would like to control the commercial use.

@bebraw suggested a license similar to the blender project

We, Firefox Developer Tools, would like to use the webpack logo in the Firefox Debugger (aka debugger.html). We are an open source project (Firefox) and the debugger source code is available on GitHub.

We intend to use this icon: https://github.com/webpack/media/blob/master/logo/icon.svg

The icon placement will be in the Source List view of the debugger and displayed only when the debugger has detected a webpack source mapping.

Here's the current view of a webpack source mapping. We would replace the generic globe icon to the left of webpack:// with the above webpack icon.

We're tracking the issue here firefox-devtools/debugger#2745 and expect to implement and land this change so we can have a working prototype. We can hold off shipping of this particular feature to release until this issue is resolved.
