I have tried to run these codes in my own Mac(M1, 2020) and I am new to the R language. Due to the R version conflicts, many packages are manually configured rather than using packrat, and I removed the MmgraphR package for it could not be installed in the current version(R-4.1.1). Finally, it ran well, but it takes a long time when training the DCMM. I could understand it for finding the DCMM metrics is iteration processes and I noticed that the calculations were run parallel on CPU. I wanna know 1) the configuration of hardware platforms that the author used for running the codes and the time required to obtain the result. 2) Is it possible to run these codes especially the iteration part parallel on GPUs?
