Fn keyboard feature

hello,I have a problem and I want to ask for your help.My laptop is Asus V5000F. cpu:i5-10210u
I apply your SSDT－ATK－KABY to my EFI，
most of the Fn keyboard is working.But Fn+F8 to decrease keyboard brightness doesn't work. Fn+ESC is too.
My keyboard composition is the same as yours. Could you help me？ I sincerely need your help to solve the problem of decreasing keyboard brightness.Thanks.

I'm currently using this configuration on a ZenBook UX331UN, it's working well but I can't still figure out how to enable HDMI output.

compatible with S510UN?

Can I use this EFI to Asus S510UN which has similar specs with S530UN? When I tried this EFI with S510UN, it hangs at

USBToolBox: XHC: waitForMatchingService failed or timed out

When I opened FaceTime a black screen appears. Is this buggy in catalina .It worked fine for me earlier in Mojave .If there's a solution please do help me out.

Not working Tuboboost on CPU.

I am currently using ASUS S510UN, a laptop with similar specifications. All other functions work well, but there is a CPU problem. Despite the turboboost speed of 4.0 GHz, it stays at 2.0 GHz. Was there a similar issue in your laptop?

Having the same laptop, Catalina works but Big Sur does not boot

I did not know how to contact you, so raising an issue. Catalina works perfectly with the EFI but not Big Sur.
PS- I am also having the same laptop.

Since i installed your amazing work I've got a little bit problem with my connection speed on macOS compare to Windows!
It's like 30% (max 50%) of what i have on Windows and other devices.

VivoBook S530Fn - Can't Boot - Catalina 10.15.6

Hi.
I have an ASUS VivoBook S530Fn (I7-8565U, 8GB RAM, UHD 620 + NVIDIA MX150, BCM4352Z BT+Wi-Fi Combo Card, NVMe + SSD) with Win10 and macOS Catalina 10.15.6

I want to ditch CLOVER for good and since I know almost nothing about OpenCore I decided to Copy your EFI and give it a shot. Unfortunately it doesn't boot and it hangs at the same step:

Asus Vivobook S430UN HDMI+Sleep+Fn key

Mình đang dùng Asus S430UN có cùng cấu hình với máy bạn, sử dụng EFI v1.3.3 ở trang release (lastest commit 210404 thì mình không dùng được do không nhận touchpad, USB keyboard/mouse, bàn phím laptop thì gõ 1 phím nhận đến 4-5 ký tự).
Mình đang gặp phải vài lỗi như sau mong bạn có thể giúp hỗ trợ hướng fix nếu có thời gian:

HDMI hoạt động ổn nhưng khi boot máy mà cắm sẵn HDMI thì sau khi nhập password thì màn hình lap sẽ tối thui (có đèn nền), màn hình ngoài thì vẫn hiển thị được làm second screen (lỗi này mình cũng có gặp khi trước đó tự build EFI), lúc này nếu gập laptop và mở lại thi thoảng sẽ gặp hiện tượng màn lap bị trắng xoá, khởi động lại (không dùng HDMI) thì đèn nền màn laptop khá chập chờn trong một khoảng thời gian.
Sleep không hoạt động, sẽ bị tắt nguồn, khởi động lên thì hiện lỗi Sleep wake failure in EFI.
Fn keys thì hoạt động hết trừ Enter để sleep và Esc để tắt màn hình.

Cách chuyển từ clover sang opencore?

Như trên tiêu đề, em làm thế nào để chuyển từ clover sang opencore ạ?
Em có đọc theo hướng đẫn của anh là chép folder boot và OC vào rồi restart lại máy thì máy báo lỗi ạ?

keyboard doesn't work

And there is a problem: I try to use oc and boot successfully, but the keyboard does not work (led is working well), I can't type my password so that I can't log in. I try to update oc to 0.56 but it doesn't work, either.
How can I solve this problem?

Tiện thể bản EFI mới nhất (12-04-2020) mình dùng không được toàn lỗi (Mất fn, mất bluetooth,...). Mình đang sử dụng bản EFI 16-03-2020 đã update các opencore, kext lên mới nhất ngoại trừ (AppleALC, IntelBluetoothFirmware, VirtualSMC, VoodooI2C) mọi thứ đều hoạt động với trackpad mình đã fix được.

Battery charge is not 100% full, EFI not working with Big Sur

Em gặp một số lỗi liên quan đến việc pin không được sạc đầy. Pin chỉ sạc tối đa tới 83%.
Em có thử update lên MacOS Big Sur beta thì bộ EFI mặc định của a hoạt động tốt, nhưng khi e thay thế kext wifi brcm thì nó không hoạt động được và bị treo táo mặc dù ở bản MacOS Catalina 10.15.7 nó hoạt động rất ổn định.
Phần Tool, e hay sử dụng ProperTree để snapshot thư mục cho nó nạp kext cho lẹ thì phần tool của a có khá nhiều các tool lòi ra thêm mỗi lần snapshot, không biết là a có thể tinh chỉnh bớt những tool không cần thiết được không? Chứ mỗi lần snapshot em đều phải copy lại khá là loằng ngoằn.

Hi, I've got a laptop with similar specs to yours and while I got big sur beta 2 running fine , I can't get beta 3 . I see there is an update to MacOS 11. Or the big sur beta 3 under system>updates. Which did you choose? What did you do, update from beta 2 or clean install?

Not working tuboboost on CPU.

There was a problem using this EFI folder. The speed of the cpu is maintained at 2.0GHz and does not rise above it, making the turbo boost not active.
Is there any problem with your laptop?

Hi I currently have everything running on moneterey and figured out most of the things, it works fine but was using older version of opencore. Later I tried using latest opencore and ventura however most things broke, I'm using asus ux303ub i7 skylake 6500U, brightness, hdmi, vga, functions keys, sound all not working, is this expected?

Mình ko dùng laptop giống bạn. Mình xài thinkpad. Ở catalina các phím f1,f2 hay f3,4 mặc định của mình là tăng giảm âm lượng với tăng giảm độ sáng.

Mình vừa lên bug sur với efi bê nguyên sang chỉ là update mấy kext như lilu lên beta để chạy big sure. Nhưng các phím kể bên trên ko chạy. Bạn biết lý do ko.

can not restart and shutdown

i'm useing asus vivobook s14 X430FN
Intel Core i7-8565U
i use your efi and modify it for intel uhd 620 code and it works fine. but when it is about to shutdown or restart it gets stuck.

Booting problem

First of all thanks for your work .I have same laptop and same model number and I used ur clover folder for booting but it doesn't boot I put the model number in smbios then also it doesn't boot .then I tried verbose mode to see the problem. And I think there is some problem with IGPU . but I don't know how to fix it .. Need help i using clover
