I believe the exposure times in the file are in ms. There is a mention in the dataset paper:

we use large
amounts of data (1000 images covering 120 different exposure
times, ranging from 0.05ms to 20ms in multiplicative
increments of 1.05)

I don't know what you are asking. The format is

<filename> <timestamp in seconds> <exposure time in milli seconds>

@NikolausDemmel Thanks for your reply. But I don't know how to genrate or make <timestamp in seconds> <exposure time in milli seconds>. Can you suggest me how to start to make above files.

This information you should know from your recording. If you don't, you can also put fake information there, like timestamps increasing by 0.1seconds every frame and exposure time of 1ms. This would work for some things like running DSO (running in mode=1), but obviously not for others like photometric calibration, where this info is strictly needed.
