Maybe in your data you have no values for very low pixel values in the range of around 0 - 5. You need to make sure you get enough data in the full range of 0 - 255.
Also, your response looks quite linear, so you might get away with simply using a linear calib file.

Are you sure it is reading the times.txt correctly? If I recall correctly it starts with NaN if it can't read the exposure times.

I am sure that I read the times.txt correctly. Because if the operation is wrong, the RMES will be -nan. My RMES is about 1.5
