There are 5 approval tiers: 2k, 5k, 10k, 30k and unlimited. Referring to the attached AAM (#tola-docs), we need to figure out how we may be able to give approval authority to certain users based on Cost Center(s) they are allowed to sign off on.

Currently you can only enter new data into the indicator data collection screen. Should show a mini report at the bottom of previously entered data across all projects.

Any silo that a user owns in TolaData should be available by default as an import option in TolaActivity. Add discoverability on the import Project screen for any silo with the tag "TolaAgreement".

You can attach MOU's in documents section and they will show up in the Formal written description drop down as well as the Vetting Due Diligence. We need to add some clear advice in the form on how to do this and provide a link to make it easier, something similar to the Documents pop-up in the Agreement form.

[email protected] Tate requested to have the option to sort the columns and filter by activity code within the Program Dashboard page. This would allow managers to customize the data displayed based on what is the priority for them.

The project proposal form needs to allow for multiple project types. This may require some additional work to run migrations as migrate does not work when moving a One to many relations to a many to many.

Just a thought. As we roll out to other countries, it might be good to allow each country to change the field labels in admin (This does not mean they can add new fields). For example in Pakistan, instead of District, they call it union council. So its like when we had that discussion with DevResults about adding a MC English so that all the labels can change depending on countries without losing standardization.

just a suggestion, it would be helpful if we have MCA forms guide in Tola help menu.
for the time being we only have the English version but for future we want to include the translated version(Dari & Pashto) in to the system as well.

These should be editable links in the admin section for each form.

[email protected] Move "Country" and "Owner" fields to the Summary tab.

It makes sense to have these on the summary so that the planning form mirrors closely to the MC Indicator plan template.

With this the new Summary tab would be ordered as:

We likely need to remove the SSO component of Activity and replace it with google auth and local accounts. There are a number of sub-grants in each country that will need to allow data entry and views into specific programs.

1. Change "Estimated Budget" to "Estimated Budget"
2. Change "Actual Budget" to "Actual Cost"
3. Add new field "Actual Cost Date"
4. Change "Budget Variance" to "Budget versus Actual variance"
5. No change - "Explanation of Variance" field
6. Change "Total Cost" to "Estimated Budget for Organization (In USD)"
7. Change "Agency Cost" to "Actual Cost for Organization (In USD)"
8. Change "Total in local currency" to "Actual Cost (In Local Currency)"
9. Change "Organization Total in local currency" to "Actual Cost for Organization (In Local Currency)"
10. Move "Account Code" field here
11. Change "LIN Sub Code" to "LIN Code" and move "LIN Code" field here
12. Move "Other Budget Contribution" tab to the bottom of the "Budget" tab

Office code currently only lives in the communities form but think we need to include office code back into the main forms since many activities will be created before communities are identified.
