A number of users do not have Cosign UserProfiles created for them when they first log in. You can see them clearly in the user profile admin screen as the users who do not have first, last or email address associated with there user profile.

That dropbox link doesn't work - says the file has been moved or deleted.
Sarah just got this same issue (meaning the 404 issue) when trying to log in to Tola Work via her google account.

This issue should be closed since user's mc login account has been suspended. Reference at a later date if similar issues are reported.
