It causes problems from time to time

I added some custom links to get to the reviews tab (by updating the href & class per the wiki). Functionality is right, but I'd like to make an update, and change the transition on this - Make it a little slower so it's a smooth scroll rather than a quick jump.

Is there a place to update this?

Also the ability to determine what tab is shown and was this the first time on this tab

Does it now dynamically update the content for simple products within a configurable product (i.e. having a specification tab, with different content of each simple product)?

I've just upgraded from 2.3.8 to 3.2.0.
After the usual Magento issues with sql changes not running, I'm now stuck at this error:

When i run the old frontend templates there are no issues, but as soon as i use the new ones i get this error report:
