Nighly feedstock build failed about conda-forge-nightly-controller

The tests failed for all 4 versions of Python running on linux-aarch64, eg:

The test after test_dataframe_query() is test_read_parquet(). The test code itself hasn't been edited in years

Looking at recent commits, I don't see any obvious culprit. The most recent TileDB-Py commit did affect the pandas dataframe feature, but that was merged 4 days ago, so that couldn't be the problem

I restarted the failed builds to see if the error is reproducible

Also, the most recent pandas update was more than 10 days ago

Ah, but there was a new conda binary for pyarrow uploaded in the last 24 hours, and it was only for linux-aarch64!

The linux-aarch64 builds all passed on the second attempt
