These are all spurious:

• Saturday's tiledb-py-feedstock jobs failed because the tiledb-feedstock setup job failed (#79)
• Last night's tiledb-feedstock osx-64 failure was spurious (and has now passed thanks to @KiterLuc restarting it)
• Last night's tiledb-py-feedstock failure was only for the osx-64 builds, which was caused by the missing osx-64 build above. We could restart these too, but then we'd be testing how quickly the anaconda.org mirrors can sync to provide the osx-64 build that was just uploaded this morning. I don't think this is worth babysitting over the next couple of hours. Given that all the other builds have passed, there is no reason to suspect we would detect any API conflicts introduced in the dev branches of either TileDB or TileDB-Py. And of course we'll get another nightly build tonight to confirm this assumption
