Nighly feedstock build failed about conda-forge-nightly-controller

I don't think I can take any credit for fixing this.

The win-64 build failed Friday night with a libgoogle-cloud solver error:

conda_libmamba_solver.conda_build_exceptions.ExplainedDependencyNeedsBuildingError: Unsatisfiable dependencies for platform win-64: {MatchSpec("libgoogle-cloud-devel==2.22.0=h7129776_1"), MatchSpec("libgoogle-cloud-storage-devel==2.22.0=h38e211f_0"), MatchSpec(">=3.2.1,<4.0a0")}
Encountered problems while solving:
  - nothing provides openssl >=3.2.1,<4.0a0 needed by libgoogle-cloud-storage-devel-2.22.0-h38e211f_0
  - nothing provides openssl >=3.2.1,<4.0a0 needed by libgoogle-cloud-devel-2.22.0-h7129776_1

Looking at the recently merged tiledb-feedstock PRs, I don't see any that could explain this one-time failure. The PRs to build against libgoogle-cloud 2.22 (merged March 8th; conda-forge/tiledb-feedstock#251) and aws-crt-cpp 0.26.3 (merged March 13th; conda-forge/tiledb-feedstock#255), should have already been available by the time this nightly failed on March 16th.

Thus my guess was that this was a transient problem in the conda-forge dependencies that naturally worked itself out.

@jdblischak Maybe you latest PR fixed this as well? I see that the latest runs are ok from the last two days.
