Diagnosis: yesterday PR conda-forge/tiledb-feedstock#290 was merged upstream in tiledb-feedstock. This added a patchfile to backport the update to the cross-compiling configuration that @teo-tsirpanis made last week in TileDB-Inc/TileDB#4995. Since the patch has already been applied to the dev branch, the patch fails to be applied, breaking the nightly build:

Solution: I will update the nightly scripts in this repo to delete the patch from the nightly builds. After the next release, we can remove this temporary workaround.
