PCR Master mix calculator.

Description

It is a tool to calculate the volume of the individual reagents of the master mix for N samples and the output volume for 1 sample.

How it works?:

• input the volume for 1 sample (e.g. 25 microliters)
• input the volume of the reagents of this sample (their sum must equal the input volume)
• input the output volume (demanded volume)
• input the number of samples of the desired volume
• the volume of each reagents for the given number of samples will be calculated
