With git installed, you can download the dataset by :

git clone https://github.com/spMohanty/PlantVillage-Dataset
cd PlantVillage-Dataset

The different versions of the dataset are present in the raw directory :

• color : Original RGB images
• grayscale : grayscaled version of the raw images
• segmented : RGB images with just the leaf segmented and color corrected.

TO-DO : Add Usage Documentation. In case of any confusion while trying to use this code now, please shoot an email to [email protected]

I'm a college student and now doing the work of objective-detection of apple leaf diseases. I have read your papar and I think that your job is excellent! I need the raw pictures of apple leaf diseases but the PlantVillage has no longer provided those pictures. Could you please share those pictures if you have any?

Image resolution problem

Hello, the image data I downloaded is a bit blurry, is there a clearer image?

Image in Tomato___Spider_mites is different size to every other image in set

The image Com.G_SpM_FL 1378_final_masked.jpg in the Tomato___Spider_mites Two-spotted_spider_mite dataset (segmented, but I'm assuming other places, too) is 335x512 instead of 256x256 like every other image, and the naming scheme doesn't match any of the other images in that class.
