uploading code to tms570ls

hii
iam new to TI microcontrollers , may i know how to upload the given code to tms570ls controller step by step from code composer studio in detailed ? ( iam not using any launchpad or EVM & i have standalone IC's.)
and how to extract data like cell voltages and calibrating them after uploading the code?

Create summary of 2019 rules

Go through 2019 rules and create detailed summary of all points relevant to the accumulator charging. Include charging cart, charging shutdown circuit.

Select suitable charger

Research suitable chargers that will be able to charge our accumulator. Talk to Zainab and Isabel about the pack size and required voltage. Specify required power input from the wall (110V? 220V?), as well as charging current to pack.

Establish communication with EVM

Send UART signal to request device ID (or any other command that will request a response from the IC) using the TMS570 launchpad.

Using with Arduino Mega 2560

Is there any example code for Arduino. all example codes for TMS570. How can ı use bq76pl455 with arduino

Create all library parts

Create all parts nicely in symbols library. Right now the exported BOM only shows generic parts, need to create them all using the supplier part search with digikey part numbers.
