Physical time reaction propagation library in D. Based on the Gillespie algorithm of 1977 it contains various implementations and enhancements for fast reaction index and timing sampling.
It would be great to see the package in the "real action". The simplest and useful example could be e.g. stochastic propagation of Michaelis-Menten equation...

With bug switch on there is an assert error in line 378 in https://bitbucket.org/Sandman8/gillespied/src/01b9f2b/source/gillespied.d#378.
I strongly assume that the bug is a roundoff error. However, it also disappears if I change the random generator from the mir-generator to the one from the standard library. Compare results with /tests/testAgainstStdRandom
