Simple ROS package to read data from real_sense_camera bag file and publish images to topics

NOTE: This only reads the camera data. I have not finished processing the PCL data.

STEPS:

1) First play the bag file recorded
2) Next run the rosnode as $rosrun hello_real_sense video_processing_node.py
3) data is published to topic /sidewalk_detector/color/image_raw

Technical Dependencies:

1) Theano
2) Keras
3) OpenCV 2.4
4) Ubuntu 14.04
5) ROS Indigo
6) Numpy 1.11.0
