Support to host groovy-devel branch releases

In gazebo_ros_pkgs we maintain two devel branches: hydro-devel and groovy-devel. It would be nice to get releases from both and host them in this same repository. Not sure if full support to making this is in place for bloom.

Note: in the past I added the release_tag to the upstream repo manually. It must not be shared with hydro-devel branch releases.

Indigo Buildfarm dependency check requires gazebo5-msgs when gazebo_msgs specified

I'm not entirely sure where to post this, so if this issue / question should be elsewhere, please let me know. I did as this in a bit of a different manner on ROS Answers:

I am attempting to Bloom the baxter_sim_kinematics package in ROS Indigo. This package is constructed for Gazebo 2.x (default Gazebo for Indigo), and has a dependency on gazebo_msgs. It appears the buildfarm is telling me that I should be having a dependency on gazebo5_msgs, when I attempt to bloom this package, which I do not desire (at least at this point in time). I know both packages conflict with one another, but I don't see how I can explicitly declare a dependency on the 2.x version. Do you know why I am getting this build error?
