Is there currently support of ROS2 for the intera packages?
No the SDK currently does not support ROS2
What about Noetic, would the intera packages be compatible?
The current master branch is compatible with Noetic, we migrated it recently.

One option is to use the ros1_bridge to work around the issue. You may find this Dockerfile to be a useful reference.
