I'm aware this project is quite old at this point but if anyone had any help or suggestions that would be hugely appreciated.

Setup to recreate:
Rev E. Micro board, tested working with the standalone application.
Mach3 Version R3.043.066 on Windows 10 with the latest .dll ArduinoTHC plugin and "plasmaTHC.set" file renamed to "plasma.set".
The GUI is working and displays the custom tab. In the config plugins tab it displays "ArduinoTHC-RegeG-v0.0.0.0"

Problem:
In the Arduino THC Configuration tab it lists the port (COM4) of the THC but is does not save the selected port. It is instead stuck saying "Current Port: COM1" even after a Mach3 Restart.

Debugging steps:
I have tried the latest version of Mach3 where the plugin is marked as defective, and have tried older versions of the plugin which also are marked as defective. I have also tried running as admin, and in compatability mode as Windows XP all to no avail.

Next up would be to find an older version of Mach3 and possibly use native Windows XP.

I have Plasma machine from local manufacturer, that have manual voltage control and a relay operated switch through plasma to ON/OFF the plasma, i wanted to know that this THC will work if i use this with our machine..?

What version of VS are you using? And with OS?

What controller or breakout board are you using with this? How does the arduino plug into it?

Not really an issue but rather asking what the status of the project is currently.
Do you use the project with your plasma and how is it performing?
I am looking at using it with a DC motor on the Z axis so I will have to make some changes to the code and hardware to drive the motor but I will only start making changes if you feel it is stable as it is at this moment.
