Biopython needs to be install as a library, it does not come by default with python.
Add link to installation instruction on biopython website.

Including:

• string variable of sentence
• read in the variable
• split into words (maybe strip)
• count each word
• place into a dictionary
• print word frequencies
• and only the unique one

• Write the reverse complement function using BioPython
• Retrieve a FASTA file, calculate sequence length, remove short sequences, calculate GC content, write sequence file into another file format
