Give useful error when ServerInfoURL is configured with HTTPS url

Currently the error is:

Invalid Server Port: 0

Expected behaviour:

the error should reflect the requested and FAILED URL
if the URL is HTTPS then a warning should be issued that HTTPS is not supported

Resizable map window

Currently barely 30 maps are visible at the same time.

Players with big enough screen should be able to see more maps.

Pre-select current game mode, preset and map

It would be cool if the mutator could pre-select the current game mode, preset and map. Then a user can just select a new map and keep the rest the same.

Default mutators are always added?

When I start a server with let's say:
CTF-Face?game=BotPack.CTFGame?mutator=BotPack.InstaGibDM,MVES.MapVote
and then call the map vote and vote for another map with Normal rules, the BotPack.InstaGibDM is re-added.

Not sure how to best handle this, maybe a MutatorRemoveList? So mapvote then makes sure to remove those mutators in any case when this mode is selected.
