problem of hck_data.py

Hi,
I would like to know how I can get bin data of genotype data, such as .bed? I think the n and p is the same in the read function in hck_data.py. It is right?

'requirments.txt' lacks packages

theano
pandas
...
I tried to reimplement this project, but it seems some packages' settings are missing.
Although installed successfully by hand, still recommend add them in. XD
