Steps to reproduce issue:
1. Login to the VMS website using user Id: Alana59
2. Select 'My Profile' from left menu.
3. Change Title to another type.
4. Click on 'Update' button.
5. Record is saved.

Title should be reflected as Dr. in the database.

Actual result:
Title is reflecting the previous data in the database.

1. Login VMS with Alana59/vms
2. Go to Browse Project, search then go to project details
3. Go to any project details, go to Feedback tab
4. Key in something on the feedback form then click Submit

What is the expected output?
Should not display the feedback immediately, should display only a message such 
as "Thank you for your feedback. We're reviewing it"
Then after that, if the PM approve the feedback, then it will be displayed.

What do you see instead?
Right now, feedback is display immediately. No review was done yet but the 
feedback is still display, thus violate business requirement
