502 Bad Gateway about phpmon

Valet seems to think that 7.3 is not installed, even though it is.

I am going to make it so that if you select the latest version of PHP, that we do: valet use php instead of valet use [email protected]; this fix will be OK until 7.4 releases (but Valet will require an update then as well)
