Bizarre, this used to work and I haven't changed the code related to this functionality, as far as I can remember.
I can also reproduce this issue on my system, and will fix this ASAP. (Turning an extension on again simply doesn't work.) I will probably release v6.2.1 in the next 24 hours to remedy this issue.

I took a quick look and it should work again in this build (it was a 2 min fix, thankfully): phpmon-dev.zip!
@marcorieser Let me know if that fixes it! Thanks for reporting, by the way.
(This build also fixes a few other issues I've discovered when running the app on Sonoma, but the reason I'd want to push this out ASAP is of course this particular bug.)
