Documentation Update (main issue) about scores

Listing all of the files in scores/docs/, and noting whether or not there are links that need changing:

• SECURITY.md: changes not needed
• api.md: changes not needed
• coding_practices.md (note: this file is not the readthedocs index): changes not needed, as existing links were already relative
• conf.py: changes not needed
• contributing.md: changes not needed, as all links either external, already relative, or linking to specific sections of GitHub that are not contained within the docs folder
• data.md: changes not needed, as all links are external
• included.md: changes are needed for:
  • links to APIs (see issue #512, PR #514 merged)
  • links to tutorials (see issue #513, PR #516 merged)
• index.md: changes not needed
• installation.md: changes not needed, as no links at all on this page
• maintainer.md: changes not needed, links either external or were already relative
• related_works.md: changes not needed, as all links are external
• requirements/txt: changes not needed
• tutorials:
  • Tutorial Gallery: changes not needed
  • Tutorial README.md: changes not needed
  • Individual tutorials - still needs to be checked if any tutorials require updated links

README.md: I created issue #511 re. updating "latest" to "stable" in README.md and have submitted PR #510 which changes the links in README.md

Update: PR #510 has been merged, so this is now done.
