Currently, there is one example of a template processor command, the escape to python code. However, there is likely a need for a general facility (e.g., designating lines that are to be expanded as group).

The new feature will use "{{" and "}}" to indicate a Template processor command. Commands will consist of one or more words, the first word being a verb. For example, the Python escape will be designated by

{{ ExecutePython Begin }}
... Python Codes ...
{{ ExecutePython End }}

and grouping lines will be specified by

{{ GroupLines Begin }}
... lines to group ...
{{ GroupLines End }}

Template variables are in the evaluation namespace
For the expansion loop

1. Variables are assigned their value
2. Template expressions are evaluated in the name space and the str result is substituted

Issues - error reported for evaluations

Constants to specify in the configuration file include command start, command end, variable start, variable end.

Use YML?

Provide better error reporting, like line numbers, when an error is encountered when executing python script escape code.

tvar(var_name, base, add=additions, remove=removals)

Does a union of additions (a list of strings or other template variables) and a subtraction
of removals (a list of strings or other template variables). var_name is in the namespace
only for this substitution.
