但是这样存在不合理之处 而且我不是很明白这样做的目的
ChinaList 使用 DNSPOD D+ HTTPDNS 是为了加快国内域名的解析速度 两次查询之后反而速度降低 甚至系统超时 如果您的目的是 DNS 亲和性您应该考虑 EDNS Client Subnet 或者直接换用国内的 DoH 服务器

尝试配置了EDNS Client Subnet IP，貌似能解决部分问题，还需要进一步观察。
