在我的环境下测试正常。AuroraDNS 根据响应记录类型进行缓存，需要请求与响应记录类型一致才能够返回缓存的记录。

好吧，那就是不支持这块缓存了，看输出了一个txt值是auroradns，可能是对方sdk源码不支持缓存功能
你可以直接dig不加cname，让他输出a记录结果，如果query time响应为0ms才代表支持缓存
举例使用dnsmasq做缓存，二次dig请求返回0ms代表成功缓存
