Fitness amended then discarded

Hi, in main.py you have the lines:

                ge[i].fitness -= 1
                remove(i)

remove immediately deletes that line from GE - does the fitness information go back to the genome still? or is that information lost?

I Think you should move that line up before appending the genome to the List
